COVID-19 TESTING

  • RT-PCR Testing utilizing either nasopharyngeal or nasal swab specimen collection
  • Antigen Testing utilizing nasal swab collection

Flexsus currently has the capacity to perform over 10,000 tests per day.

If you are requesting a COVID-19 PCR Molecular test, for the safety of our patients and employees, you must schedule an appointment time. We do not accept walk-in patients for testing.

Having your name, phone number, email address, and date of birth lets us hold your appointment for you. We may use your email address or phone number to provide you with confirmation of your appointment and reminder notifications.

The requested information is required to ensure accurate test reporting and traceability. All information is confidential and protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).

You will receive your test results in 24 hrs or less.

Your test result will be sent to you via a secure email encryption using OpenSSL with AES-256-CBCL or via secure Smartphone App within 24-hours.

Flexsus has extensive experience in implementing and managing return to work/school COVID-19 testing programs. We work with all stakeholders to ensure program alignment to the specified objectives.

Flexsus provides the required COVID-19 test types and turnaround times to facilitate safe and compliant travel for most destinations outside of the continental United States. (Hawaii excepted)

RESULTS REPORTING

If your healthcare professional ordered your tests, your results are sent directly to your healthcare professional as soon as testing is complete (24 hrs from sample receipt).

If your testing was purchased through your employer, please contact your employer for information on how to get your results.
